  • Our stays are 3, 4, or 7 nights—enough time to properly switch off and feel the difference.

  • There is a lot of scientific evidence supporting the positive effects of switching off and spending time in nature. It reduces cortisol, helps reset the brain, and has been proven to improve function (by 50%!) after spending just three days in a forest environment.   • Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is by 12:00.

  • We’re set in the forest inside the Montnegre National Park, just 45 minute drive from Barcelona in Catalunya, Spain.

  • There is no wifi in the cabins, but a full phone signal. There is wifi and signal in the lodge.

  • Yes. The cabins are positioned to feel completely private and immersed in nature.
    There are private bathrooms for each cabin in the Baños with hot showers and a eco-toilet, and shared sinks.
